Jeffrey K. Rubin
Jeffrey K. Rubin has been a partner in Friedman, Rubin & White since 1989. His early practice involved criminal defense
in state and federal courts and representing injured individuals in personal injury litigation. Since 1994 his practice
has been largely devoted to representing policyholders in litigation against their insurance companies. He has
represented policyholders in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Rubin is a native of Ohio and obtained a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management from Pennsylvania State
University in 1978. He obtained his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, Portland,
Oregon in 1981. He has been a member of the Alaska Bar since 1982 and is admitted before the United States Court
of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. |
