Jeffrey A. Friedman
Jeffrey A. Friedman began practicing law in Alaska in 1988. Jeff developed a reputation as one of the top
employment law specialists representing plaintiffs in state and federal court. More recently, Jeff has
devoted his time to working on procedural motions, evidentiary motions and appellate work in support of
FRW's other attorneys.
Prior to moving to Alaska, Jeff was licensed to practice law in Virginia from 1985 through 1988. He
graduated from Antioch College in 1981 with a B.A. in Psychology. He obtained his J.D. Degree (with honors)
from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1984. Jeff is a member of the American Bar Association,
Alaska Academy of Trial Lawyers, and ATLA. He has been a member of the Alaska Bar since 1988 and is
admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
